Hebrews 11:1-2, 6
Today we begin our series entitled, Unstoppable: 40 Days of Breakthrough Faith. More than a series, this is a campaign, a movement, a journey for our entire church. It's a journey of prayer, intimacy with God and fellowship with His Spirit.
Our sermons will coincide with this series, we have devotional books to coincide with this series: personal and for family. Our Life Group lessons will focus on prayer and our services each Sunday will center around prayer as well.
Our prayer is that God would give us the faith to step it up as a church, as people, as families...that our faith would be unstoppable and we would break through to all that God desires us to experience.
I'm pray that through this series we would break through to big things. That this would take us to a new level of faith, a new dimension of trust. That we would believe God for big things in our lives and in our church.
Jesus said in Matthew 21:21-22 ''Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt...even if you say to this mountain, 'Be taken up and thrown into the sea,' it will happen. And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.'' (ON SCREEN)
John 5:4 says, ''For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith.'' (ON SCREEN) God has chosen faith as the secret weapon to overcome the doubts and fears of this world. And it's the power of faith that will take you to the next level in your spiritual life and take our church to the next level as well.

Faith is essential. Not just saying that you faith, or hoping that you have faith, or wanting to have faith, but really walking in genuine faith. Real faith leads to a breakthrough.
