COMMITMENT: WHO WILL MAKE IT?
LUKE 23:46
JESUS CHRIST finished the business on which His Father sent Him
while hanging on a cross. With all the things finished, in
death He said, "Father into Thy hands I commend My spirit."
John said, "bowing His head and giving up the ghost (spirit).
Literally, "Jesus Christ said unto His spirit, 'Spirit, you are
now released to go and be with the Father'" (John 19:30).
The word bowing translates KLINO. The same word used in Matthew
for "the foxes have their holes and the birds have their nests
but the son of Man hath not where to KLINO his head." John 8:51
- shall not see death.
In the hour of death, Christ recalled part of the family

Note Jesus added something to the quote from Davie... "Father."
Is He your "Father." The false doctrine of the universal

"As many as received Him..."
He omitted something..."thou hast redeemed my soul."
This His seventh and final word, as did each other one,
fulfilled prophecy.
1."Father forgive..." (Isaiah 53:12) "made intercession for the
transgressors.
2."Today shalt thou..." Angel to Joseph, "Thou shalt call His
name Jesus for He shall save His people from their sins.
3."Woman behold thy Son." "A sword shall pierce through thy own
soul also."
4."My God, My God..." (Psalms 22;1).
5."I thirst" "In my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink"
(Psalms 69:21).
