*Every year I make it a point to go see my doctor. I'll be honest, I hate going to the doctor. I don't like making the appointment, I don't like sitting in the waiting room (too many sick people have been in there), I don't like it when they take my blood, I don't like stepping on the scale, and I don't like taking time out of my day when I don't feel bad. It's important that I make sure I'm staying healthy. And of course, in between doctors visits I try my best to do the right things to maintain my health. I exercise on a regular basis and eat a lot less donuts than I used to. All of that to say, our health is something that should be very important to each of us.*
And health should be something very important to the church as well. That has been a significant theme throughout our study of 1 Thessalonians. An irresistible ch ...
