Genesis 3: 1 - 7
The first question asked in the Bible related to the validity,
authority, and reliability of God's Word (Gen. 3:11).
Gen. 1:1 - If you don't believe that you can't believe anything
else, Believe that and you can believe all else.
Gen. 3:1 - "Now the serpent was more subtle" = clever, smart.
II Cor. 11:3 - "the serpent beguiled even through his subtlety."
Note what God said: Genesis 2: 17, 18
I.THREEFOLD AGREEMENT EVE:
ADDED SOME: "ye shall not touch it." Gover never said that. The
Bible's plus is the basis of most cults.
ALTERED SOME: She changed God's "surely" to a "maybe" ("lest ye
die").
OMITTED SOME: She left out, "thou shalt shamely die."
