Galatians 3:1-5

Like many of you, I enjoy food, especially good southern cooking. My mom and grandma were the absolute best. I loved the corn, peas, butterbeans, green-beans, fried chicken, fried pork chops, cube steak, okra and squash. I loved the hoecake of cornbread fried on the stove and those made from scratch biscuits smothered in cane syrup. I loved everything they made, almost. When the Gospel message is altered it no longer possessed power. It is devoid of the power to save. It is devoid of the power to help us live righteous lives before the face of God.
