A husband is to love his wife: "Even as Christ also loved the
Church." Dwell with them according to knowledge (I Peter 3:7).
In an understanding way. Any marriage with all the privileges on
one side and all the obligations on the other is destined for
failure.
GIVING HONOR UNTO THE WIFE (I Peter 3:7)
She is his equal spiritually, therefore, he should plan with
her. As his companion and partner he should have no secrets from
her.
IF YOU DON'T, YOUR PRAYERS ARE NOT HEARD (I Peter 3:7)
AS A DAD ONE SHOULD:
"Not provoke children" (Eph. 6:4).
Failing to keep promises:
Psychologists say a child has a tendency to make God in dad's
image.
1. Cruel and repressive = God is feared and resented.
2. Casual and negligent = God is approached indifferently.
3. Inconsistent in discipline = God is never trusted.
BRING THEM UP IN THE NURTURE (Ephesians 6:4)

as a father who taught him to pray. 'Our Father which art in
