VICTORY OVER FAILURE

Let me ask you a question; would you be honest this morning? I mean let's get
honest with each other. I mean, if you can't tell the truth in this place,
where can you tell the truth? Amen? Now, let's see if you will. If you have
ever failed, that's right, if you have ever failed in your life in any area; if
you've ever failed as a parent, if you've ever failed in a business deal, if
you've ever failed a test, if you've ever failed anything in your life. I mean
if you've ever been a failure in anything would you please stand up? The rest
of you are liars. Welcome to the human race, let's pray.

Father, how we thank You for the honesty in this place. We know that each one
of us has failed in some area of our lives, Lord many of us constantly live with
that failure still fresh within our mind. And how I pray Lord, that you would
teach us through Your Word how to have victory through failure. In Jesus' Name
we pray. Amen. God bless you.

I really didn't know how many of you would really stand up. But I'm so glad
that this place is a very truthful place. If you will, take your Bibles and
turn to Genesis, Chapter 1, verse 26 and verse 27. For if there is one man to
follow through his life how to have victory through failure it was great-g-g-g-
g-g-g..... to the tenth power; grandfather Adam. Let's read:

"Then God said, let Us make man in Our image, in Our likeness and let them rule
over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all
the earth, and over the all the creatures that move along the ground. God
created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him male and
female, He created them."

Chapter 2, verse 15:

"The Lord took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and take
