Can a person accept Christ and have it not take?

Will a real Christian ever fail to live like Christ over a long period?

If someone dies without repenting all every sin does he go to heaven. Christians have had doubts about eternal security

Before we look at assurance we need to look at security

It does not make sense that God would take away what He has given freely

For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. Romans 11:29(KJV)

Why is it we become a Christian and we understand that it is not by works, then one we become a Christian we believe that it is by works.

II Corinthians 5:17 says we are a new person, why would He want to start ober with us

To insist that a person can start over and over each time is not to understand the doctrines of salvation.

Justification//sanctification//glorification

Justification -- we stand before God sinless ''just as if I had never sinned''

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, Romans 5:1

Sanctification -- Although salvation begin at a moment, it continues in a daily process. We are slowly becoming more like Christ.
