Isaiah 9:6-7

Isaiah 9:6-7 (ESV) 6For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore. God gave a promise that was full of hope...in one of the darkest times in Israel's history...
A promise that entered the world at the precise time it was needed...

Remembering the Christmas season to me is a time to be reminded of hope....And also a time to remember that our God does the impossible...

I want to look at a few instances of ''the impossible'' in the narrative of Jesus coming as a child...

The story of Zacharias and Elizabeth is incredibl ...
