yet forfeit (LOSE) his soul?
WHAT IS YOUR HEART'S DESIRE THIS MORNING?
IF MONEY AND RESOURCES WERE NO OBJECT, WHAT WOULD YOU GIVE YOUR
LIFE TO?
16 YEARS OLD, A DRIVERS LICENSE, WHAT DAZZLED ME?
A HEAD MAJORETTE WITH FLOWING BLOND HAIR FROM CORAL GABLES HIGH
SCHOOL WHO WAS A SENIOR AND MARCHED AHEAD OF THE BAND IN THE
ORANGE BOWL IN A SILVER SPARKLED BATHING SUIT LIKE OUTFIT... IF
ONLY I COULD HAVE A DATE WITH HER!!! A MUTUAL FRIEND ARRANGED A
DOUBLE DATE AND I WAS SO INTIMIDATED I HARDLY SPOKE A WORD.
I. WILL WHAT I THOUGHT WAS PROFIT END UP BEING LOSS?
1. WHAT DOES MY LIFE MEAN? THE ABUNDANT LIFE?
2. WHAT WILL MY DEATH MEAN? CAN YOU TAKE IT WITH YOU?

INTO HIS CHILDREN'S BEDROOMS AT NIGHT, WATCH THEM SLEEP, AND

WE DO NOT WANT TO LIVE OUR LIVES FOR WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS GREAT
PROFIT AND DISCOVER IT WAS A LOSS.
II. THE PURSUIT OF SELFISH HAPPINESS:
1. POSSESSIONS / THINGS WILL MAKE ME HAPPY?
Ecc. 2:4 I undertook great projects: I built houses FOR MYSELF
and planted vineyards. I made gardens and parks and planted all
kinds of fruit trees in them.
2. POWER / CONTROL WILL MAKE ME HAPPY?
Ecc. 2:8-9 I amassed silver and gold FOR MYSELF, and the
treasure of kings and provinces. I acquired men and women
singers, and a harem as well--the delights of the heart of man.
