HOW TO DEAL WITH GUILT

I. THE CONDITION OF REAL GUILT.
Rom. 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of
God.
I John 1:8 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves
and the truth is not in us.
Heb. 3:13 But encourage one another daily, as long as it is
called Today, so that none of you may be HARDENED by sin's
deceitfulness.
A CONDITION. NOT ABOUT FEELINGS, REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU FEEL. HOW
WE MEASURE UP TO A STANDARD THAT IS TRUE.
II. RESPONSES TO REAL GUILT.
II Cor. 7:10 Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to
salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death.
