Day 281 October 8 - Matthew 15, 16, and 17

In chapter 15, the scribes and the Pharisees were united in trying to entrap Jesus. The men propose a trick question to the Lord, which mostly involved the tradition of the elders and had nothing to do with the actual word of God.
