HOPE FOR SIGNIFICANCE

I. WHAT IS SIGNIFICANCE?

John 10:10 "I have come that they may have LIFE, and have it to
the full."

Luke 9:23-25 "If anyone would come after Me, he must deny
himself and take up his cross daily and follow Me. For whoever
wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life
for Me will save it. What good is it for a man to gain the
whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his very self?

TO JUST BREATHE AND TAKE UP SPACE...
MORE THAN MONOTONOUS ROUTINE,
MORE THAN POSSESSIONS, STATUS, POWER, ACTING IMPORTANT...
MORE THAN RUSHING EVERYWHERE, HURRY, HURRY, HURRY...

TO HAVE A LIFE OF PURPOSE, OF CONSEQUENCE, OF SIGNIFICANCE,
OF ACCOMPLISHMENT, TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY FOLLOWING CHRIST.

TO BECOME WHAT GOD INTENDS FOR YOU!

IN GOD'S SIGHT THERE ARE NO LITTLE PEOPLE AND NO LITTLE PLACES
OF SERVICE.....

1CO 12:14 Now the body is not made up of one part but of many.

15 If the foot should say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not
belong to the body," it would not for that reason cease to be
part of the body.
16 And if the ear should say, "Because I am not an eye, I do
not belong to the body," it would not for that reason cease to
be part of the body.
17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of
hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense
of smell be?
18 But in fact God has arranged the parts in the body, every
one of them, just as he wanted them to be.
19 If they were all one part, where would the body be?
