Observe the following occurrence:

Your respiration deepens, and your heart begins to beat rapidly. Your arterial pressure rises; blood shifts from your stomach and intestines to your heart, central nervous system and muscles. The processes of the alimentary canal cease and sugar is freed from the reserves in your liver. Then, your spleen contracts and discharges its contents of concentrated corpuscles and adrenaline is secreted.

Has that ever happened to you? If you've ever gotten mad or angry it has. I just described the physiological definition of what happens when a person gets angry.

In case you hadn't noticed, this world is an angry place. It seems as if now, more than ever, people are sitting on pins and needles with a handful of grenades, just waiting to blow up and go off on somebody.
