There was once a man named Odd. People made fun of him because of his name so he decided to keep his gravestone blank when he died. Now when people pass by the burial site, they point and say, ''That's odd.''

Someone has well said:

Isn't it strange how a twenty-dollar bill seems like such a large amount when you donate it to church, but such a small amount when you go shopping?

Isn't it strange how two hours seem so long when you're at church, and so short when you're at a ball game?

Isn't it strange that you can't find a word to say when you're praying but you have no trouble thinking what to talk about with a friend?

Isn't it strange how difficult and boring you think it is to read one chapter of the Bible but how easy it is to read 100 posts on Facebook?

I want to share something strange with you today. I want to introduce you to a man today who, some would consider to be an odd fellow. Yet, he is kin to you and kin to me. He would be listed in everyone's ancestral tree, and would show up at every family reunion.

It's the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and the last night before the Crucifixion. Satan has entered Judas Iscariot, and he has agreed with the chief priests to betray the Lord Jesus for the price of a slave.

Jesus begins to tell his disciples to prepare a place for Him to have the last supper with them for the Passover. They ask Jesus,

(17) ''Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the Passover?''

Simply put, the disciples are asking, ''Lord, what's the address? What's the man's name we're to look for?''

Jesus, knowing that Judas is eaves dropping, taking in all the information he can to help him betray Christ. All he needs is the address, or the man's name and he would report it back to the chief priests, and there never wo ...
