Matthew 6:10

Prayer. I have been coming to the church every morning to pray. My alarm is set for 6 am and OUCH it is painful! The coffee pot is set on the timer so it is waiting for me downstairs when I get up. Into the shower I go, get ready, and off to the church building. At first I was like I can't do this. Gerri and I stay up late to try to find some time to wind down and talk about our day and get some ''us'' time. So getting up that early is a DRUDGERY. But here is what I am learning:

Because when we look into the scriptures to find what God says about the Kingdom, we see that Jesus spent the time between His resurrection and His ascension to talk to the disciples about it.

Here it is: Acts 1:1 The former account I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach, 2 until the day in which He was taken up, after He through the Holy Spiri ...
