Sermon Summary: God expects us to live lives of maximum impact. To do that we need to take massive action to accomplish the goals we've set based upon God's priorities. Noah is a tremendous example of a man who took massive action to the glory of God.

INTRODUCTION: In the 1.8.18 college football championship game between Alabama and Georgia, Alabama made an incredible comeback to win the game. Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was interviewed and said the following, ''First and foremost I'd just like to thank my Lord and savior Jesus Christ. With him all things are possible and that's what happened tonight. It was a team effort tonight. Couldn't have happened without the defense getting us the ball back. Our offensive line blocking, working their butts off as well as our receivers. It was just a great team effort. They were the guys that made me look good tonight.''

I like that interview because it illustrates the perfect balance between acknowledging the involvement of God and the massive effort of the young men who played the game.

I'm in a series entitled ''maximum impact.'' Because each message builds on the previous ones, I want to spend a few minutes in review. In the first message, we established God's expectation. God expects us to live lives of maximum impact. He expects us to influence, change, transform, create, encourage, illuminate, uplift, and make a difference. We said three things in that first message:

1) Your life represents an investment from God.

2) God expects a return on that investment.

3) God expects a huge return on a huge investment and he has made a huge investment of life and potential in all of us.
