Ecclesiastes 2:1-11

Ecclesiastes 2....
Last week... We began studying this book of Ecclesiastes...

Recap: The Qoheleth/Preacher/Teacher (Solomon)... Conducts an experiment.... He sets out to test everything ''Under the sun.'' (apart from God).

- To find out if anything satisfies the deep cravings of his soul.

He is the most powerful man in Israel. He is the wisest man in Israel.
- But he is curious. He wants to know if any of the pleasures under the sun can satisfy the deep longings of the soul. So he tests it ...
