Question:Why are you here today?

Now, I'm not trying to be sarcastic or offensive. But I want
you to stop
just for a moment and ask yourself, "Why did I come to church
today?"
Did you come because:
*It seemed like a nice thing to do?
*Your wife coerced you to come on Easter?
*Out of habit?

Or, did you come because down in the depth of your heart and
soul you
know something absolutely fantastic happened nearly 2,000 years
ago--
Jesus Christ, the Son God died for the sins of the world, was
buried and
then He arose from the dead 3 days later and he is alive,
exalted and
enthroned today as King of Kings and Lord of Lords?

This is why we worship:
*We come to this place to sing, pray and give because Jesus
Christ is
the living God of this Universe.
*We worship because Christ has come out of the grave
*We praise Him because Christ has conquered:demons
darkness
disease
death
*We lift up His name, and worship Him because Jesus Christ is
the
King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
