Intro:One of the primary sins of the children of Israel was:
*they were a hard bunch to please
*they were seldom content
*they were given to carping and complaining

God often was angered at them because of the way they responded

Ex:1.They murmured at the Read Sea (Ex. 14:11)
2.They murmured because they had no water
(Ex. 15:23-24)
3.They murmured because they had no food (Ex. 16:2-3)
4.They murmured because they had no water (Ex. 17:3)
5.They murmured because of the report of spies

*Finally God was fed up with their murmuring. (Num. 16:41-50)
*Ps. 106:23-24 says they murmured because they did not believe

*Paul says in 1 Cor. 10:10 "Neither murmur ye as some of them

*Phil. 2:14 says, "do all things without murmurings and
