Today we continue our series, The Blueprint for the Family. This is the second to last message in our series. I will conclude our study on Father's Day. We started this series right after Easter and it has taken us all the way into June. We've covered some very important topics and today, we'll discuss a very important and significant topic from Proverbs 24:1-34.
My title today from Proverbs 24 is, Your Marriage Matters. I want you to walk away knowing, believing, and acting like your marriage matters. And I want you to believe that you can make a difference in your marriage. And what that means is that I want you to make decisions, establish priorities, and plan moments that lead to a stronger marriage.
Remember, the book of Proverbs is an incredibly practical book. It provides wisdom and principles that can be implemented and applied instantly. So today, we'll look at these practical principles and try to see how they apply to our most important earthly relationship.
If you read this chapter, you won't immediately think, this is about marriage. But there are some incredibly practical principles that can apply to each and every marriage; to every husband and wife. READ 3-4, 10, 19-20, 33-34
*A husband read an article to his wife about how women use 30,000 words a day to a man's 15,000. The wife replied, ''That's because we have to repeat everything to men.'' The husband turned to his wife and said, ''What?''*
