Matthew 6:9-13

Open Bibles to Matthew 6. This is kind of part two of the Lord's Prayer. If you missed last week, I encourage you to go to our website and watch it. Today I want to talk about 'How To Pray the Lord's Prayer'. You say, ''Well, that easy. Just memorize it, and say it. Boom. Sermon over. Let's go eat.'' Well, people do pray the Lord's Prayer like that. I remember in high school baseball and four years of college baseball we always, before every game as a team, got down on one knee took off our hats and recited the Lord's Prayer together. When you struggle with knowing what to pray it's because you have gone away from praying Jesus' way and you've gone into praying your way. You will not struggle knowing what to pray or how to pray if you will understand what the Lord's Prayer is all about. It's very simple and straightforward.
