Galatians 2:15-21

Open your bible to Galatians 2. I don't think we always realize it, but a lot of bad theology is taught in the secular music we listen to. This isn't a sermon on the evils of secular music, so relax. But I think it's fairly obvious you aren't going to learn a lot of trustworthy theology from the Billboard Charts, right?

Last week I told you I have all these old 50's and 60's song stuck in my head from hearing them as a kid. That's exactly how most people believe you get to heaven. You gotta be good. And what makes you a good person is that your good deeds outweigh your bad deeds. There's only one problem with all that: It's impossible! There's no one whose good in life will outweigh their bad. Not one ...
