Galatians 2:21-3:5
So where should we open our bibles this morning? To the book of Galatians. Only taken us seven messages to get to chapter 3. Don't know about you, but I'm enjoying it. Galatians has six chapters and can be broken into three themes. In the first two chapters, Paul is defending the Gospel of grace. In the next two chapters, he is explaining the Gospel of grace. And in the final two chapters, Paul is applying the Gospel of grace. You put it all together and Paul has one thing in mind...the gospel of grace. Paul says over and over...there is no other Gospel that can save you than the gospel of Jesus Christ that is given through grace and is received by faith. And we're going to see today what exactly has Paul so infuriated in this letter. He says the Galatians are about to 'set aside' the gospel of grace. They are about to disgrace grace.

The Baptist preacher was upset and found the Catholic priest. He said, ''I bet all my money on that horse because you blessed it.'' The priest said, ''That's the problem with you Baptists. You can't tell the difference between a blessing and last rites.''
It's true that sometimes we don't understand some of the rituals and practices of other churches, right? If you're from another church, you may be confused about why we do or don't do certain things. You may feel more comfortable with softer music, rather than the loud guitars and drums. Or yo ...
