Romans 10:9

I want to talk to you about the importance of letting the Holy Spirit have His way in your life. When a person receives Christ in salvation, they are SAVED and Jesus is the SAVIOR, but the decision is more than just a ticket to heaven. Not only does Jesus save us, we are born again. We begin a brand new life - a life we never lived before. It is a fresh start. The old is passed, the new has come. ALL THINGS have become new.

Ephesians 2 says that ''we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus...''

The beauty of surrendering and letting Jesus take over is:

- Peace that passes understanding

- Confidence to know we are in the will of God

- Trust in His wisdom and His plans for good for us.

It's a GREAT ADVENTURE when you let Jesus take the wheel!

Our text today comes from the book of Acts where Paul is on his way to Rome to stand trial. That brings us to A ...
