2 Corinthians 10.1-6
Now with Bibles open to 2 Corinthians chapter 10...I want to again say to you that every child of God...every saint is a soldier! That's right...a soldier! And as a soldier of the cross .. you've been drafted!
You say, ''Drafted? I didn't know I've been drafted?'' Well .. if you didn't know...now you know! And do you know why you've been drafted? It's because there's a war on!
Now .. it's not a war with man. It's a war with Satan! And do you know why he's engaged us in this war? It's because he knows he's already been defeated! His defeat took place 2000 years ago outside the city walls of Jerusalem where our savior bled and died!
I can imagine the Devil and all his demons throwing a party when Jesus died! For years .. he had tried to prevent the birth of Jesus. And when Jesus died...the Devil delighted!
But oh...on that third day .. when the curtain ripped from top to bottom in the Temple and Jesus came up out of that grave... while there was delight in heaven...there was depression in hell! While there was praise on earth...there was panic in Hell. While there was victory for the saints...there was defeat for the Satan.
You see folks .. our enemy is defeated and his time is running out! One of these days the Devil is going to be cast into Hell. Now somebody says, ''How can the Devil be cast into Hell if he's already in Hell?'' Oh .. the Devil's isn't in Hell tonight. Now .. one day he'll go to hell for the Bible says in Revelation 20.10, ''And the Devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.''
And when that day arrives...the Devil won't be in charge of hell .. he'll be tormented in hell. In fact .. Hell was made for the Devil and his demons. That tells me that anybody else who ends up in Hell will be an uninvited guest! I ...
