CIT- James encourages the Jewish Christians to not only hear the Word, but to do it also.
Proposition- James encourages us to not only hear the word, but to live it as well.
Purpose- To encourage Christians to live out what they hear in a sermon.

INTRODUCTION: How many sermons have you heard in your life? 100, 200, 500, 1000 or more. If you have heard 2 sermons a week for the last 6 years that totals out to 624 sermons. That's a lot.
