God's Promise for a Changed Life (5)
Series: The Promises of God
Dr. Ernest L. Easley
2 Corinthians 5:14-17

Now as you're turning to 2 Corinthians chapter 5, keep in mind that the Bible is not only a book of principles to live by, it is a book of promises to stand on.

When we say, ''It's impossible.''

God promises, ''All things are possible with Me.'' (Matt 19.26)

When we say, ''I can't do it.''

God promises, ''You can do all things through Me.'' (Phil 4.13)

When we say, ''I'm always so worried.''

God promises, ''Cast your cares upon Me.'' (1 Peter 5.7)

When we say, ''It's not worth it.''

God promises, ''It will be worth it.'' (Gal 6.9)

When we say, ''I'm afraid.''

God promises, ''I have not given you a spirit of fear.'' (2 Tim 1.7)

When we say, ''I feel all alone.''

God promises, ''I will never leave you nor forsake you.'' (Heb 13.5)

God promises, ''I will make you a new creation.'' (2 Cor 5.17)

The answer is YES!

You can change.

Your ways can change.

Your thoughts can change.

Your goals can change.

Your motives can change.

Your marriage can change.

YOUR LIFE CAN CHANGE!

It's not that you need a new maker-over; you need a new take-over! You need a NEW YOU!

A you that you like!

A you that your spouse will love and respect.

A you that has purpose and meaning in life.

A you that your children will admire.

Learn this: Jesus did what he did, so that ...
