William Wyne
Matthew 27:51

Then God said to him, am I not the Potter? Is Israel not my clay? Are you and them not in my hands? Do I not know what I intend for you to become? Go back to them even during their wrong and waywardness, tell them that I can do what the Potter does, I can remake them.
In the Book of Hosea, God applied the adulterous and immoral way of life of Gomer, the prostitute in her relationship with the Prophet Hosea. He had taken her in as his wife, even though he knew her past, he knew her history. Only to discover that after he had brought her out of that lifestyle, she had betrayed him and the children that he thought were his were not, and then she left him and went back out into a life of infidelity only to be placed on the auction block to be sold to the highest bidder.
Hosea bought her back with his preacher's salary, his revival money. God said, now Hosea when you preached to Israel about unfaithfulness and betrayal, you know how I feel. You can speak on my behalf at a personal level, because what Gomer did to you. You now have a better understanding of my heart and hurt of what Israel did to me. ...
