God's Loving Provision for Us: What Are We Doing with It? (7 of 7)
Series: 1 John

1 John 1:6-10
If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. - 1 John 1:6-10 (ESV)
v. 7b...and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.

Just think about the great privilege or benefit that God provided to YOU...
He shed Blood so that you could be completely cleansed from ALL your sin.

The gift of Salvation in Christ would not be much of a gift from God if you could blow it right at the end.
But instead, God made the provision as we see in this verse...
verse 7, to cleanse us from All sin through the Blood of His Son, Jesus Christ...
This Biblical truth of being justified through the Blood of Christ is a theme seen elsewhere in the Bible...
Such as when Paul reminds us that this means that we ...
