(i) Following is certainly not what we think of when we think of leading... but we'll discover today it's a crucial component.
(c) Most people think that it's one or the other...

(ii) You Follow

(iii) The expression... LEAD, FOLLOW, OR GET OUT OF THE WAY!!!
(d) I'm going to suggest something totally different today...

(1) From the time we were little... We played
(a) FOLLOW THE LEADER
(b) KING OF THE HILL
(2) We long to grow up and BE THE BOSS
