b) As a church, there are a few things we want to celebrate today

i) Our Easter Experience
(1) 18,294 people joined us.
(a) This is 750 people more than last year!
(b) Quite a number of people made a decision to surrender their lives to Christ.
(2) I will post a blog this coming Friday regarding some reflections on our Easter Experience.

(1) We are looking at buying land
(2) We've had serious conversations with several owners but none of it was right.
(3) We are in a conversation right now with someone over a piece of property that we believe is the best situation we have seen!

a) For the last 2 ½ years we have been studying the Book of Luke

b) There is a subject that people have asked if we might address

(1) Today we begin a new series: MENDING THE MODERN FAMILY
(a) This is going to be a SHORT series
(b) Just three weeks in duration
(c) We certainly aren't going to exhaust the subject
