(1) What you do with what you make is a choice

ii) You first make your choices and then your choices make you
(1) There is a tale of a construction worker who, on his lunch break, complains loudly and profusely about having a sardine sandwich. To the annoyance of his coworkers, he repeats his complaint about his sardine sandwich every day for the next few days. Finally, one of his coworkers leans over and suggests that he ask his wife to make him something else for lunch. The man replies, ''Oh, I'm not married. I make my own lunches!''
(2) We all have a tendency to want to play the victim
(3) We are more comfortable with suggesting my problems are someone else's fault...not my own
(4) The noted theologian Pogo ''We have met the enemy and he is us.''
(a) I am responsible for the dumb decisions I have made
(b) I am capable of making more if I'm not careful
(5) Accepting personal responsibility is what differentiates a child from an adult. When we learn to take responsibility for our actions we have become a fully functioning human being.
(6) So we make choices...
(a) Our choices become our habits.
(b) Our habits are what ultimately define us

iii) Big Idea: Nothing's going to change unless you do.
