We've been in a series for the last several months on the Book of 2nd Corinthians, and we're finishing up tonight with a message I've entitled Building Up Believers.

Now how many in this room have a gym membership, can I see your hands? All right. How many in this room use your gym membership? Okay. I have a gym membership at Minton's. And sometimes I'll talk to some people that I've seen in the gym. But I'll see them at church, and I'll say, ''Hey, I haven't seen you in the gym lately.'' And they say, ''Well, I've been there.'' I said, ''Well, I haven't, so that's probably why I haven't seen you.'' It's tough to go to the gym sometimes. But going to the gym and really being focused on weight training and on aerobic training, it makes a difference in your life. Hollywood knows about this. And people who are well-known celebrities, because of whatever craft they have in Hollywood, whether it's being a funny person, or being a dramatic star, or just being a hulk of a person, they're famous, and many of them do and get famous by working out. They go from being a skinny wimp to this person that's like, ''Wow! You've really had a transformation.''

See if you know who this guy is. No, it's not Larry, that guy is Chris Pratt.

He was a little heavy and he began to go to the gym, and that was the transformation. He's done a lot better.

How about this guy? See if you know this blast from the past. That is Lou Ferrigno as a young guy, and that was him after a couple of weeks in the weight room.

How about this, this kid? Anybody know who that is? Zack Efron. He was in High School Musical. There you go. But that's him now. And you didn't get that by eating your Wheaties. You went to the gym to get like that. Weight training makes a difference. When you build your body, you get stronger.
