I heard about a lady and she was blonde. You know what they say about blonde ladies? People would make jokes about her for being blonde, so she died her hair brunette. And she had a problem. She went to the doctor. And she sat down with the doctor, and the doctor said, ''What's wrong?'' And she said, ''I just hurt everywhere. It's just every part of my body hurts.'' She said, ''If I touch my leg, it hurts. If I touch my arm, it hurts. If I touch my neck, it hurts. Even if I touch my head, it hurts.'' He looked at her for a minute and said, ''You're not really a brunette, are you?'' She said, ''No.'' He said, ''You're a blonde, aren't you?'' And she said, ''Yes. How did you know?'' He said, ''Because your finger's broken!'' Takes a while to get that one I am testing my audience to see. I might have to dumb down this message a little bit. Well, that's a problem, right? Everything does hurt if you're pushing it with your finger and your finger's broken.
Well, now in our study of the Book of 1st Corinthians, we have been studying about the church with problems, tons of problems! It's the most messed up church in the New Testament, the church at Corinth. And it was so cool when we were in the Holy Land and when we were in the lands of the Bible to be able to go to Corinth.
Corinth is not that big. And Corinth is a city that has been disbanded for so long. You'd just have some rubble there. But it's really cool to walk through where they had different things, where they had the Bema Seat and things like that, and to think what this was like, this church that was there in Corinth. It's a messed-up church. They had divisions. They had factions. They had lots of fighting and lots of just squabbling. They had ...
