On Easter we celebrated the fact that Jesus died and rose again…
Romans 4:25 (NASB)
25 He who was delivered over because of our transgressions, and was raised because of our justification.
Gospel is the power of God in our lives for Salvation and Righteousness.
Gospel is having a real relationship with Jesus as Savior and Lord.
We just celebrated Easter…
Jesus died for our transgressions and
He was raised for our Justification (being made right with God).
Justification: is something only God can do.
Justified: dikaioo-to justify, to declare righteous.
Verb, Aorist tense, passive voice
Means that God declared you righteous at one point in time.
Justification is best defined as God sees you like you have never committed any sin.
It is the idea that God has wiped the slate clean and then filled you with the righteousness of Jesus.
You have been justified because Jesus is your Savior and Lord… NOW What?


4 Real Results of being made right by God…
Romans 5:1-5 (NASB)
1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
2 through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God.
