5 But the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.
Here is what Love Does…
5 Principles for Love of Another Kind:
1. Preeminence of love.
Highest mark of your life …. Is what should define you.
1 Peter 4:8 Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.
When you think of Forrest Gump, what do you think of?
Loved well (Jenny, Sgt. Dan, Bubba)
When they hear our name do they think love?
This should cause us to think twice before we break up a relationship or stop fellowship:
Not over money-politics-sports---misspoken word or a look.

2. Speak the truth in Love.
Ephesians 4:15 but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ,
How do you protect, foster and strengthen relationships?
Words of Love!

3. Not easily provoked.
1 Corinthians 13:5 does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered,
One of the biggest keys to Pam and I having the marriage we have is we have realized we do not have the right to be irritated!!!

How Sail boats kept aright ……

Bigger one = Keel-huge bulb filled with lead. Not easily overturned.
When it does, it uprights itself. Not easy to move from place to place.
