Isaiah 38:18

Happy Mother's Day joke…
I want to honor all of the Mom's, Grandmothers and Great Grandmothers
I also want to acknowledge that this can be a difficult day for some of you…
If you have desired to be a Mom and has not happened
If you lost a child and this day brings ache to your heart
If you a distant from your children or grandchildren
God cares and so do we…

Chuck Swindoll: We can go days without food, minutes without air and only seconds without hope!

You know you are going to make it
You know that it will end and there is something better on the other side.
You know God will come through.

Hope really is powerful…

Rats thrown into the water and measured how long till they drowned…
Curt P. Richter in 1957: averaged 60 hours.
Some died more quickly-a few 81 hours.
He felt the reason for the length of their going longer was hope.
Hopeless rats died more quickly.
