The LIFE is an acrostic that causes us to tune into the Voice of God
To hear the Power of the whisper
God is speaking, the question is ''Are we listening?''
God speaking to total strangers to give Shane and Phyllis a message about their prodigal son.
God speaking to Sue Wilson about her grand daughter
God is speaking ….are we listening?
Job 33:14 (NASB)
14 ''Indeed God speaks once, Or twice, yet no one notices it.
Psalm 25:12-14 (NASB)
12 Who is the man who fears the LORD? He will instruct him in the way he should choose.
13 His soul will abide in prosperity, And his descendants will inherit the land.
14 The secret of the LORD is for those who fear Him, And He will make them know His covenant.
Proverbs 3:32 (NASB)
32 For the devious are an abomination to the LORD; But He is intimate with the upright.
Intimate: sode-session, persons in close deliberation, intimacy, consultation; the sharing of a secret.
Why are people not hearing from the Lord?
Two reasons…
Only those who have been born of the Spirit will hear!
1 Corinthians 2:14 (NASB)
14 But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised.
According to the Bible, when we are born we are born as a human-living in the flesh
To Hear from God we must be Born again-then we live in the Spirit
John 3:3-8 (NASB)
3 Jesus answered and said to him, ''Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.''
4 Nicodemus *said to Him, ''How can a man be born ...
