You are the Temple of God…what does that mean to you?
1. God lives in you.

God can live anywhere and He chooses to live within you!

15 For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: ''I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.
- 1 Corinthians 3:16-17 (NASB)
16 Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
17 If any man destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him, for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are.
- God is Protective of His Temple
- Man who stole the purse from Mafia God Father
So what does this mean to you and to me?
2. Live reverently.
When you came to Christ He did a cleansing of the Temple in you.
- Matthew 21:12-14 (NASB)
12 And Jesus entered the temple and drove out all those who were buying and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves.
13 And He *said to them, ''It is written, 'MY HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED A HOUSE OF PRAYER'; but you are making it a ROBBERS' DEN.''
14 And the blind and the lame came to Him in the temple, and He healed them.
- Am I a House of Prayer or a Den of Thieves?
- Note that after the Temple was cleansed that miracles happened.
- If you seek purity and holiness within then you will experience the miraculous!

8 ''Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
We are to glorify God with our bodies…
