Jdg 6:13 KJV - And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt? but now the LORD hath forsaken us, and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites.

Job 23:1 KJV - Then Job answered and said,
Job 23:2 KJV - Even to day is my complaint bitter: my stroke is heavier than my groaning.
Job 23:3 KJV - Oh that I knew where I might find him! that I might come even to his seat!
Job 23:4 KJV - I would order my cause before him, and fill my mouth with arguments.
Job 23:5 KJV - I would know the words which he would answer me, and understand what he would say unto me.
Job 23:8 KJV - Behold, I go forward, but he is not there; and backward, but I cannot perceive him:
Job 23:9 KJV - On the left hand, where he doth work, but I cannot behold him: he hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot see him:
Job 23:10 KJV - But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
In Judges Chapter six we find Gideon filled with questions. The angel of the Lord had appeared unto him and called him a mighty man of valor. Gideon does not feel like a mighty man of valor due to the harassment of the enemy.
This set him off and he rapidly fired off a list of questions that obviously had been burning within his soul. We all have questions that we would like to ask God, but most of us never verbalize them publically.
