5. CHURCH MULTIPLICATION
- the church is both the result and agent of proclaiming the gospel. Continually beginning new churches is the best way to advance the Kingdom of God and restrain the tide of sin and suffering. Therefore, we take risks for the kingdom and explore various ways of beginning new churches most effectively remembering that when we are weak then we are strong.
We value starting and planting new churches. This is not a stagnate church, we exist to grow and God's Kingdom will not stop growing. We are constantly thinking, praying, discussing, planning for and resourcing the next church plant, both here in RVA and abroad.

Why? We want to be faithful to the great commission that Jesus gave us in Matthew 28:19-20
''Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.''
''The vigorous, continual planting of new congregations is the single most crucial strategy for 1) the numerical growth of the body of Christ in any city, and 2) the continual corporate renewal and revival of the existing churches in a city. Nothing else-not crusades, outreach programs, para-church ministries, growing mega-churches, congregational consulting, nor church renewal processes-will have the consistent impact of dynamic, extensive church planting.
