Ephesians 6:10-11

We have learned two basic facts about the devil. Number one, we
have learned that the devil exists. Number two, we have learned that
the devil has a strategy - a methodology he follows to seek to keep
people from being saved and to keep those who are saved from being
victorious in their Christian life.
Tonight, we are going to talk about how the devil is defeated.
We are going to see from the Word of God the predictions in the Bible of
the absolute defeat of the devil. I do not want you to become a demon-
preoccupied Christian. I do not want you to dwell upon the reality and
the activity of the devil to the point that you fail to dwell upon the
Lord Jesus Christ. My purpose is not to get your preoccupied with the
satanic area, but my purpose is to inform you and show you what the
Bible has to say so that you might be able to use your spiritual
equipment which God has provided and be victorious over the devil. If
you know Jesus as your Saviour I want you to understand what your
relation is to the devil. Lost people have one relation to the devil,
saved people have another relation to the devil.
Ephesians 2: 2 - He is talking about what life is B.C. (before
Jesus Christ). Vs. 1- "And you hath he quickened, who were dead in

disobedience."

Satan. We saw this graphically depicted in the life of one of the very
disciples of Jesus - Judas Iscariot. Keep in mind that Judas Iscariot
was not a saved man. Judas Iscariot was not someone who was saved who
later lost his salvation and gave himself over to the devil. From
beginning to end Judas Iscariot was an unsaved man. So, the devil put
it in ...
