Brother (Dr.) T. Carlton ("T.C.") Richardson, a former law professor, is a lay prayer minister and consults with churches and faith-based organizations on institutional management and development issues, especially planned-giving programs, t/a Christian Church Resources, b.t. A Licensed Exhorter in the A.M.E. Church, he leads a prayer ministry at Campbell A.M.E. Church (DC), has published a prayer manual titled "Lord Teach Us to Pray" (June, 1999, and advocates prayer as the chief discipline of the believer for personal spiritual growth and developement and evangelism. This is done through teaching, preaching, lecturing, training (prayer meeting, prison ministry, workshops, seminars, retreats, etc.), individual and group counseling, and customized instructional materials and tracts. Messages are from a collection of prayer meeting homilies. His formal education includes the BA in Mathematics from Talladega College (AL), J.D. from Drake University School of Law (Des Moines, IA), and the LL.M. (Master of Laws) from George Washington University (DC).
