Jules
Boquet
Dr. Jules Boquet, Senior Pastor of Harvest Cathedral in Houma, Louisiana, is a prophetic visionary with a deep compassion to help the hurting and evangelistic zeal to win cities for Christ. Dr. Boquet has a prophetic and apostolic calling. He operates as a father in the faith to train men and women called to reach this generation for Jesus; with a purpose of establishing generational Christianity.
Dr. Boquet is a former atheist whose dramatic Damascus-road conversion propelled him to answer God's call to evangelize the lost and disciple the saved. His previous legal experience, serving a broad-based clientele for over 10 years, also gives him penetrating insight into people's lives as they are living it in the real world. This perspective on life, combined with the guiding power of the Holy Spirit, has enabled Pastor Jules to help many people cross the bridge from meaningless religious activity to a real life encounter and relationship with Jesus Christ.
Dr. Boquet has a doctor of ministry degree with high distinction from Trinity Theological Seminary. He graduated with honors, averaging 4.0 on all his course work. He previously earned a bachelor of arts degree in government at Nicholls State University, graduating summa cum laude, and a juris doctor degree in law from Loyola Law School, graduating cum laude. He has also done post-graduate theological studies at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in the field of Christian education; at Loyola Institute of Ministry in the field of pastoral studies; and at Jerusalem University Institute of Holy Land Studies in Israel in the field of biblical studies in a historical and geographical context. Dr. Boquet's education was further enhanced by studying expository preaching at Encounter Ministries with Dr. Stephen Olford in Memphis, Tennessee.
